Does BETAFPV offer a warranty on flight controllers and motors?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications to the firmware or hardware.
How can I track my package after it has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.
What should I do if my drone arrives with a technical issue?
If you experience any 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA) issues, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and a video or photo showing the issue for a faster resolution.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
